KRAV 101 - [Intro Session A]:

This one hour long class is all about basic No Nonsense Self Defense. This class is designed to ramp you up quickly, so that you can confidently protect yourself from today’s most common street attacks. This session covers combatives (Striking, Blocking & Movement) & one simple defense to the 30 most common unarmed threats.

Requirements: No Prior Experience Necessary to Attend this Class.


KRAV Foundations Intro Session [Intro Session B]:

This class is also an hour and goes over all of the basic building blocks that you’ll need to both improve your ability to physically defend yourself and well as prepare you for more advanced, sustained on-going training on your own and at the academy.
