Class Descriptions
INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM:
The Introductory Program is a 4 week LIVE In-Person Experience that will increase your confidence by teaching you a simple, yet effective method of protecting yourself from today’s most common threats.
This program allows you to take the Foundations classes that meet 3x per week. (These classes run one hour.)
KRAV MAGA FOUNDATIONS:
This class is also an hour, however unlike the 101 class, it goes over all of the basic building blocks that you’ll need to both improve your ability to perform Krav physically and well as prepare you for training the higher levels of protecting yourself and others.
[Completing your Krav Foundations curriculum (& exam) will give you access to our higher level classes offered at the Academy.]
Requirements: No Prior Experience Necessary to Attend this Class
CLASS TIMES:
Mon & Wed: 6pm - 7pm
Sat: 1:30pm - 2:30pm
KRAV 101:
This one hour long class is all about basic No Nonsense Self Defense. This class is designed to ramp you up quickly, so that you can confidently protect yourself from today’s most common street attacks. This session covers combatives (Striking, Blocking & Movement) & one simple defense to the 30 most common unarmed threats.
Requirements: No Prior Experience Necessary to Attend this Class
CLASS TIMES:

ALL LEVELS CLASS:
This class is a 1 1/2 hour class where you’ll work on developing a deeper understanding and application of the three modalities of Defensive Tactics: (1) Disengaging (2) Incapacitating (3) Restrain & Control. This class will cover how to deal with the spectrum of physical violence. It begins where the 101 class leaves off to expand and sharpen basic techniques. It allow students to further expand their foundation of Krav Maga defensive tactics. Students will continue to refine their tactical mindset, maneuvering, strikes & grappling skills. They will be introduced to more advanced techniques & strategies involving weapons such as guns, knives and sticks.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS:
This class is a 1 hour class dedicated to students to help broaden, deepen and refine their skills. If the basic classes are to learn the techniques and principles, this class is to train how to more instinctively set up and transition in the space between those moves and situations. This class will increase ones training in understanding Ethics, Strategy, Tactics and Techniques. We also introduce cold weapon usage (knife, stick, bayonet & flexible weapon). In addition to refining tactics and techniques learned in previous levels, students will continue their training in developing a protectors lifestyle and that of becoming a PeaceWalker.
Requirements: Green Belt or Above and/or by Invite (typically 3 to 5 Years of training)

Krav Combatives:
This half hour long class is all about basic No Nonsense Self Defense. Focusing on basic tools It is true Krav Maga which was designed to ramp you up quickly, so that you can confidently protect yourself from today’s most common street attacks. We run blocks of this class 1x to 2x per year. The loop covers one simple defense to the 40 most common armed and unarmed threats.
